Our Rooms

There are three rooms in the Club that can be booked for use by both members and non-members.

The large and comfortable lounge has a small elevated stage area (that can be removed if required), fixed soft seating around two sides and a variety of free standing rectangular tables and chairs. These can be arranged: individually to seat small groups; or in ‘theatre’ style for presentations and training; or in boardroom format for larger meetings.

Our well appointed bar area is also a good size and has numerous large round tables each suitable for 5 or 6 people, a pool table and a darts board and direct access to an external covered smoking shelter.

Between the lounge and the bar area is a movable partition which allows these rooms to be used separately or as one greater space for larger events. Drinks can be ordered from either of these rooms.

These two rooms, either individually or used together, are ideal for both private and business use.

Common Events

Common events for private bookings are parties, baby showers, other family celebrations and funeral wakes.

Businesses and other organisations use the rooms for meetings, training events, public sales or as a general function space.

Also available for booking is a smaller room arranged with table and chairs in boardroom format suitable for around ten people.

Bookings

Members can book these at no cost provided that they are available at the times required. Non-members can hire them at very competitive rates.

Please note that both members and non-members may need to pay a fee for bar staffing costs if the booking is outside normal Club opening hours.
